Interested in the arts, the couple which lives here resides in a rectangular-shaped home which rests on a flat surface: the living rooms are set out around a central section which has two floors. There are large bay windows on the ground floor, but fewer on the first floor in order to ensure some privacy from the surrounding houses. The large bay window on the road side is flanked by a service room covered in wood which punctuates the façade of the building, anchors the composition and serves as a marker for the entrance which is nearby.
